REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! .
Registration for Camp is a two-step process:
- STEP 1 includes selecting your ticket type (overnight or day Camper) and payment.
- STEP 2 includes completing a form about your room preferences, meal selection, and additional information.
- Once you complete STEP 1, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to proceed to STEP 2. This step will only be considered valid once STEP 1 is complete and payment has been received.
- Once you complete both steps, your registration is considered complete.
Waitlist Notice
- Camp Scripps is a popular event that tends to sell out on the first day of registration. If Camp is sold out when you register, we recommend joining the waitlist. We have previously been able to accommodate most waitlist requests. To be added to the waitlist, please complete the online registration forms (STEP 1 and STEP 2).
Camp Scripps Information
If you would like to attend Camp but feel the registration and/or travel costs are holding you back, please consider applying for a Campership聽and/or a聽Tamara Smiley Hamilton ’74 Travel Stipend.
Applications are available now and the deadline has been extended to Sunday, April 21, 2024, 11:59 p.m. PDT. All applicants聽will be notified before registration opens. Campers may apply to both funds to help offset the cost of attending Camp Scripps.

Registration for Camp is a two-step process:

For the Creative Caucus and workshop presenters, online registration is expected to open on Wednesday, May 8聽at聽10 a.m. PDT. A聽special link to pre-register will be emailed to this group on May 8.聽Registration closes on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
For all other Campers,聽online registration is expected to open on聽Wednesday, May 15 at聽10 a.m. PDT. The registration link will be emailed to this group on May 15.聽Pre-registration is not available so please plan accordingly.聽Registration closes on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
Waitlist notice: Camp Scripps is a popular event that tends to sell out on the first day of registration.聽If Camp 2024 seems to be sold out when you register, we recommend joining the waitlist. We have previously been able to accommodate most waitlist requests. When registration opens on May 15, complete the online registration forms (STEP 1 and STEP 2) to be added to the waitlist.
Registration by mail is no longer an option. If you need assistance, the Office of Alumnae Engagement is happy to register you over the phone. Please email or call us before the opening of registration at (909) 621-8054 to schedule an appointment.
Pricing
We are offering two types of registration:
- Day Camper registration (includes all meals, drinks, and events per day):
- Thursday-Saturday: $75 per day
- Sunday: $35
- Overnight Camper registration (includes all meals, drinks, events, and overnight accommodations):
- 4 days/3 nights stay:
- $480 for single occupancy
- $410 for double occupancy
- 3 days/2 nights stay:
- $330 for single occupancy
- $285 for double occupancy
- 2 days/1 night stay:
- $194 for single occupancy
- $174 for double occupancy
- Sunday night stay: $75 regardless of occupancy
- 4 days/3 nights stay:
Deadlines
If you register after May 29, there is a $50 registration fee. Registration closes June 5 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. Cancellations and refunds will be honored through June 5.
Camp will take place in Browning and Dorsey Halls.聽Single and double occupancy are offered in both dorms. If you plan to room with another Camper, both Campers must register for double occupancy and provide their roommate’s name during the registration process.
During STEP 2 of registration, you may list your top 5 room preferences (#1 being your top pick) and top 3 proximity preferences (#1 being your top pick). In addition to the dorm and room number, we will take into consideration who you would like to be roomed close to. Be prepared to indicate the full name and class year of the Camper(s) (up to three) who you would like to be in close proximity.

Wednesday arrivals to Camp Scripps will only be available for Creative Caucus 2024 members. While the Office of Alumnae Engagement cannot accommodate non-Creative Caucus members on campus until Thursday, June 27, we have made arrangements at the DoubleTree Claremont (555 West Foothill Blvd., Claremont, CA 91711) if you wish to arrive on Wednesday.
